It does everything I wanted for a presentation tool. It was a no-brainer to install and intuitive to use. It arrived ahead of schedule and was the most economical tool of its type. I am very pleased with it so far.

This presenter works extremely well. It is, however, extremely sensitive to the touch. It can change slides multiple times with one touch if you are not careful. It works really well though. Cannot rate the battery life yet, I've only used it a few times so far. Thanks

This device worked well out of the box. Mine is used fairly often and spare batteries need to be kept on hand. In some locations it works quite well, in others not at all (not a computer issue, just space and range), and in others, it works sometimes or with multiple clicks. The battery cap won't stay on anymore, and the transmitter (that nests in the clicker unit next to the battery compartment when not in use) won't stay in anymore. The laser pointer is tough on the button batteries. For occasional use with the above caveats, good for the price. I got what I paid for.

Cheap feel. Worked right out of the box w/o problems. Bright laser. Uses button batteries, not regular AAA. Good for the discount price I paid.

I plugged it in, turned on the computer, and got a "Windows does not recognize the USB device" message. It simply does not work. Replaced the batteries with no effect. I went looking for a driver and never found one. Wegner, the maker of the Swiss Army Knife and owner of the "SwissGear" brand does not offer any information on their website. It appears to be a licensed product, which suceeds only in cheapening the SwissGear brand. I regret buying this product and don't recommend that anyone else buy one.
