Just received this today, very impressed so far. As others have said, it doesn't seem as bright as other colors,
but that is because of the color - brightness varies greatly depending on target, since it is very close to UV (blacklight)
wavelength. Pointer seems well constructed, and has a nice solid "feel". Overall it seems to be a very nice item, and
considering the price it is amazing!

Upon first inspection I had my doubts. The beam is not very bright in the daytime - However it is amazing in the dark. The laser acts similar to a black light - all objects that are white glow purple - even if the laser is not directly on it. Also, it makes a "trail" on glow in the dark objects. Very cool little toy - I strongly sugest it.

This laser is great i have been playing with it for about a week now. they color is usually purple but changes on other objects. i had recently discovered that it emits UV light so be very careful around peoples eyes. other than that it is a great laser.
